Official Drawing Rules:

For a chance to win $100 Gift Certificate to 1-800-Flowers, complete the official entry form and submit it by December 31, 2008. Entries will be limited to one per family or household daily during the promotion period. Odds of winning will be determined by number of eligible entries received. The drawing will be held on the 1st of each month at Keller Williams / 8560 W. Sunset Blvd. / West Hollywood, CA 90069 by Laura Ashley who will draw one winner at random.

Eligibility:

Must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible to win. This promotion does not discriminate against anyone based on race, sex, age, handicap, religion, national origin or marital status. The following persons are not eligible to enter: employees of Keller Williams and affiliated companies or their immediate families (spouse and parents, siblings and children and their spouses), and any other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of this promotion. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Entrants need not be present to win. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) days of drawing or does not comply with these Official Drawing Rules, an alternate winner will be selected. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this drawing will be ineligible for prizes and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), misdirected, tampered with, garbled, incomplete, lost or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Drawing Rules will be disqualified.

Grand Prize:

Winner shall receive one (1) $100.00 Gift Certificate redeemable at 1-800-Flowers. Gift Certificate will be mailed via FedEx Overnight delivery. This promotion is sponsored solely by Laura Ashley and said parties will be held harmless and winner does hereby release and indemnify its and their agents and employees from any and all liability that may arise from participating in this promotion or any claims arising from the use of the Grand Prize. The name of the prize winner will be posted on www.LauraAshleyHomes.com. The Promotion Period begins March 1, 2008 and expires December 31, 2008.
